Here is what a typical retreat weekend looks like, but activities and order of events may vary.

Friday - Day 1: Grounding 

5:30pm Arrival 

6:00pm Welcome Ceremony and Activities 

8:00pm Dinner 

 

Saturday - Day 2: Transformation 

7-8:30am Physical Activity: Yoga, Walking, Hike and Meditation 

8:30-10:00am Breakfast 

10:00am Start 

1:00-3:00pm Lunch / Reset 

3:00pm Start

7:30-8:30pm Dinner 

8:30pm Meditation / Sound Bath 

 

Sunday - Day 3: Awakening 

7:30-8:30am Meditation/ Integration 

8:30-9:30am Breakfast 

10:00am Check out
